Imaging performance
ZWO specifies 51,400 electrons full-well capacity, peak quantum efficiency of 80% and read noise of As low as 0.86 electrons. The listed capture rate is 6.3 fps advertised maximum (current P25 table); actual transfer speed depends on image size, ADC/output mode and USB connection. The colour sensor records colour in a single exposure sequence, supporting deep-sky imaging without separate RGB filter exposures.
Cooling and data transfer
