Sky-Watcher Tube Rings 100 mm

Sky-Watcher 100 mm tube rings

This pair of white aluminium rings secures a telescope tube with an outside diameter matching the rings’ 100 mm internal diameter. The measurement refers to the tube body, rather than the telescope’s optical aperture.

Mounting and camera attachment

The lower attachment uses M6 × 1 fixings to connect the rings to a suitable dovetail or support. The upper photographic connection uses a 1/4-inch, 20-tpi thread. One ring has a removable piggyback camera adapter; the other provides a female photographic fixing.

Supplied parts and fit

The set includes two rings, two M6 screws and washers. A dovetail rail is separate. The seller lists compatibility with Sky-Watcher 80ED and 100ED tubes. Match the rail’s fixing pattern and use appropriate screw engagement.
