Two USB 3.0 ports serve higher-bandwidth devices such as the main camera or external storage, while two USB 2.0 ports support accessories. Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi and an external antenna provide network options. The quoted 20 m Wi-Fi range assumes open, unobstructed conditions.
The controller accepts 12 V at 2–10 A input. ZWO recommends a 5 A supply when powering other equipment through the four 12 V outputs, and specifies a 5 A maximum output. Budget the combined load of the camera cooler, mount, heaters and accessories before connecting them.
The ASIAIR app provides compatible-camera capture, guiding, autofocus, plate solving, polar alignment, live stacking and mount control. USB Type-C provides computer access to files. The 256 GB version has no TF memory-card slot; the manufacturer states that a power adapter is not included.
