TS-Optics CF-APO 130 FPL55 Triplet OTA

This 130 mm FPL55 air-spaced triplet has a 910 mm focal length and f/7 focal ratio. It is intended for visual astronomy and astrophotography with the appropriate camera train.

Focusing and mechanical design

The 3.7-inch ball-bearing rack-and-pinion focuser supports up to 8 kg and offers dual-speed focus, rotation and M92, M82 and M63 threads.

Imaging configuration

The standard 140 mm backfocus can extend to 240 mm by removing the 100 mm tube segment. The optional matched 0.8× corrector gives 728 mm f/5.6; it is not part of the native optical system.

Compatibility notes

Original TSCFAPO130. 140 mm backfocus is from the 2-inch receptacle; removing the 100 mm extension increases it to 240 mm. The corrector settings remain separate.
