10Micron GM1000 / AZ1000 Pier Adapter Flange

The 10M1090 pier-adapter flange provides the mount interface for the GM1000 / AZ1000 family. It is made from black-anodised aluminium and connects the mount to a correctly prepared supporting structure.

Support compatibility

The maker identifies its standard round pier 10M1010 as a matching support. The flange can also be integrated with the appropriate levelling flange or a custom pier/tripod that has been prepared for this interface.

Installation arrangement

For a Baader octagonal pillar, 10Micron specifies the 10M1211B pillar and 10M1187B levelling flange. The adapter is not required on the original ARIES tripod. A flange intended for another mount size is not a substitute merely because its material or appearance is similar.
