Focus and camera orientation
The 3.5-inch rack-and-pinion focuser provides dual-speed adjustment and 100 mm graduated travel. The rear graduated 360° rotator has a separate locking screw for setting the field angle. Two finder bases provide positions for a finder, guidescope or other compatible accessories.
Optical configurations
The integrated rear tube section retracts for the manufacturer’s binoviewer arrangement and extends for normal observing or matched-corrector imaging. A dedicated 1× flattener and 0.8× reducer are available separately, with their own camera-spacing requirements. The rear visual assembly accepts 2-inch and 1.25-inch accessories.
Mounting and transport
The telescope has a retractable dew shield, mounting rings, a multifunction handle and a 300 mm Losmandy-style dovetail. Published weights distinguish the bare OTA from the complete mounting assembly; use the full imaging-train weight when selecting a mount. The standard package and the exact length configurations are listed below. A camera, diagonal, eyepieces and electronic focuser are separate accessories.
