TS-Optics Photoline 80 OTA

This 80 mm FPL53 and lanthanum air-spaced doublet has a 560 mm focal length and f/7 focal ratio. It is intended for visual astronomy and astrophotography with the appropriate camera train.

Focusing and mechanical design

The 2.5-inch ball-bearing rack-and-pinion focuser has dual-speed adjustment and an M63 × 1 imaging connection. CNC rings and a GP-style rail provide mounting.

Imaging configuration

The matched optional 1× flattener retains 560 mm; the 0.8× corrector gives 448 mm f/5.6. The manufacturer specifies 55 mm sensor spacing from the M48 thread for those named correctors.
