10Micron V3 GPS Receiver

The 10Micron 10M4115 GPS receiver adds a PPS, or pulse-per-second, timing signal to automatic position, date and time input. It is intended for observations where precise time synchronisation matters, including satellite tracking.

Control-box compatibility

The manufacturer specifies a PS/2 connection and compatibility exclusively with Control Box V3. It is a different receiver from the standard 10M4105 module that supports V2 through an adapter.

System integration

Use the mount’s supported GPS/PPS interface and compatible controller configuration. No unprovided numerical PPS accuracy is invented from general GPS technology. The receiver is an accessory; it is not a control-box upgrade or an adapter for V2 mounts.
