This finder shoe provides a detachable mounting base for a compatible finder or compact guidescope bracket.

Mounting geometry

The four cross-oriented slots accept mounting centres from 10 to 28.5 mm and screws up to M5. The base fits flat surfaces or curved tubes of at least 178 mm diameter.

Bracket compatibility

Use the documented Vixen/Sky-Watcher-style bracket interface and the correct support screws. Base-hole spacing and the bracket dovetail are separate fitting requirements.
