ASToptics CNC Guide Scope Rings 80 mm

This pair of 80 mm CNC guide-scope rings provides adjustable support for a guide telescope with an outside tube diameter of 40–70 mm. Six adjustment points across the pair allow the guide telescope to be aligned relative to the main optical tube.

Construction and mounting

The rings are made from aluminium. The manufacturer lists 220 g for the pair, expressed as two 110 g rings. The quoted guide-tube range describes the usable external tube diameter, rather than the telescope’s clear aperture.
