This 125 mm FPL53 and lanthanum air-spaced doublet has a 975 mm focal length and f/7.8 focal ratio. It is intended for visual astronomy and astrophotography with the appropriate camera train.
Focusing and mechanical design
The 2.5-inch rack-and-pinion focuser provides an M68 × 1 female connection and 2-inch/1.25-inch sockets. CNC rings and a GP-style rail are supplied.
Imaging configuration
A 60 mm removable extension changes available backfocus from 150 to 210 mm. The 7.57 kg tube retracts to 850 mm for transport. A corrector is selected separately for imaging.
New standard TSApo125f78 manufacturer page used instead of the previously linked used item. Native 975 mm f/7.8 and removable 60 mm extension distinguished from corrected photo bundles.
