TS-Optics M48 stainless-steel tuning ring — 0.3 mm

This 0.3 mm stainless-steel ring provides fine spacing adjustment around an M48 × 0.75 filter/imaging thread.

Fit and use

The manufacturer specifies a 49 mm internal diameter so the ring passes over the M48 male thread. It rests between the bearing faces; it is not a threaded extension tube.

Fine adjustment

Use individual thicknesses to tune camera-to-corrector separation or prevent a male thread from bottoming too far into an adjoining component. Keep sufficient thread engagement for the assembled load.
