The construction uses aluminium; maker technical sheet specifies ergal 7075 tubing. The adjustment arrangement is three-stage collapsible legs with strong-grip clutches, providing levelling and height adjustment at the observing site.
Mounting and total load
The head diameter is 160 mm. The support rating applies to the tripod’s complete supported load, including the mount head and counterweights as well as instrumentation.
