The supplied eyepiece provides illuminated aiming marks. Camera use requires suitable adapters and spacing; the TEC holder is a different assembly from Baader’s MQR-IV.

Compatibility notes

Baader makes the Vario optics used by TEC. Optical data comes from Baader's July 2024 manufacturer manual; exact short/long kit identity and retaining-ring compatibility come from Baader's specific TEC bundle listing, with TEC's own bracket documentation. This is explicitly combined manufacturer-component and official-bundle evidence, not a TEC-only kit datasheet. The supplied finder is 10×; 120× requires other eyepieces and a suitable diagonal. TEC's generic 114.3 mm travel is not used for the Vario component. The complete assembly mass and bracket offsets are not reliably established; the long listing's 0.93 kg conflicts with component weight information, so no assembly mass is claimed. MQR-IV hardware and specifications are excluded from this TEC-bracket kit.
