This M48 × 0.75 extension adds a manufacturer-specified 10 mm effective length to a threaded optical train.
It connects matching female and male M48 × 0.75 interfaces. The quoted spacing is the effective contribution when assembled; a protruding male thread is not an additional spacer once it is engaged.
