Sky-Watcher 2-inch 50 mm extension

This extension adds 50 mm of physical spacing between a 50.8 mm push-fit focuser or accessory holder and a matching eyepiece or camera adapter. It is useful when the optical arrangement requires the accessory to sit farther out to reach focus.

Connections

The telescope-facing end is a male 50.8 mm barrel and the accessory end accepts the same nominal barrel diameter. The aluminium body provides a rigid spacer. A 48 mm filter thread is also listed.

Focus requirements

The tube contains no optical elements and does not change the telescope’s focal length. Check the required outward extension and available focuser travel before choosing a spacer.
