Manufacturer model: TS-Optics Concenter 1.25-inch collimation eyepiece · Specifications checked against manufacturer data on 2026-11-04
The 1.25-inch Concenter uses a central viewing aperture and concentric reference rings to align a Newtonian telescope.
Its transparent disc helps compare the edge of the secondary and mirror reflections with concentric circles. Secondary placement relative to the focuser is checked before its tilt and the primary alignment; no centre mark on the secondary is needed.
Insert it into the matching focuser socket and follow the manufacturer’s collimation sequence. This is the 1.25-inch version; it is distinct from the larger 2-inch model.
